Take your reusable bags!

Did you know that Kroger gives $0.10/ gallon at their gas pumps for every reusable bag you bring when you shop? Remind the cashier and they add it to your card! When you go to the pump, it will ask if you'd like to redeem your reward!

Target gives you $0.05/bag back also. And Publix is in the works of jumping on the bandwagon to help save our planet and give consumers rewards for helping too!

It pays to ask!

So, I wanted to share my experience with everyone today. I went into my favorite Publix. I needed to exchange some "crunchy" Peter Pan with creamy. (I grabbed the wrong one: screaming 2-yr-old)
So, I go back to the aisle.....none left....well, I looked around and found the same ounce Publix brand peanut butter. I took it up to the manager and asked if they would honor their brand for the exchange since they were out of Peter Pan. She exchanged it and even gave me the difference ($0.48) back!! It pays to ask. I love Publix!! Their customer service is superb!
