It pays to ask!

So, I wanted to share my experience with everyone today. I went into my favorite Publix. I needed to exchange some "crunchy" Peter Pan with creamy. (I grabbed the wrong one: screaming 2-yr-old)
So, I go back to the aisle.....none left....well, I looked around and found the same ounce Publix brand peanut butter. I took it up to the manager and asked if they would honor their brand for the exchange since they were out of Peter Pan. She exchanged it and even gave me the difference ($0.48) back!! It pays to ask. I love Publix!! Their customer service is superb!
