So you have seen the pictures, your watching the extreme couponing shows, you see the ladies and guys with their huge coupon binders in the stores....but how do you get started?
There is no one exact method, but here are some suggestions.
1. pick a store: one close to you, one that you like. A drugstore is a great place to start and less overwhelming.
2. Get and read the weekly ad. Many of the drugstore ads will alert you to coupons that are available in the current weeks sunday paper which you can buy all week at walgreens.
3. Many of the bigger blogs like hip2save.com have coupon databases where you can type in the product name and see where the best coupon is available. Each blogger has unique links to coupon printing sites. The more clicks/prints we get from our site the sooner we get faster notification

4. familiarize yourself with the coupon policies, all stores are different. Most allow a store coupin and a manufacturer coupon per item.
