We are always trying to talk to you about earning "money" and saving "money" in other ways-think outside the box. One of the ways that I save our family money is buy participating in rewards programs and cashing in on them usually just once or twice a year. I save up the points and then purchase giftcards to restaurants and to give as gifts for birthdays and Christmas. This saves us a ton of money and it doesn't require a lot of effort. What I love about this site is that all you have to do is read the emails, click on the link and your done. 5 points for just opening an email. No obligations.
