Changing Coupon Policies

I just wanted to give you all a heads-up on some changes to coupon policies at 2 stores.

1.  Publix=  According to management, April 1st will be the date for new changes.  Competitor acceptance will be thinned out along with some other new rules I can't disclose fully.

2.  Kroger=  They are cracking down on ecoupon usage.  If you load them to your card, they will automatically come off as usual.  However, if you have a higher value paper coupon, USE IT FIRST.  The cashier cannot take the ecoupon off once it has deducted.  Also, doubling of manufacturer coupons will be doubled to the item price only.  For example, an item that is 50 cents that you have a 50 cent manufacturer coupon on, it WILL NOT DOUBLE giving you overage.  If you have an item that is 80 cents and a 50 cent manufacturer coupon, your coupon will only double to 80 cents, not $1.00.
