Rite Aid $3/$15 coupons

Be sure, if you haven't been, to check the bottom of your Rite Aid receipts. You will see a web address and a 16-digit code to enter when you get there. Take a short survey on your shopping experience and get a $3/$15 coupon! The code is good for 14 days, so check your receipt pile(s). :) I am told there is a limit of 3 per month, but have only done 2 myself so far.
